All course material, videos, and other content provided on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Coffea Academy. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

5. User Contributions

If you submit comments, reviews, or other content, you grant Coffea Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.

6. Payments & Refunds

If the Platform offers paid courses or subscriptions, pricing, billing, and refund terms will be provided at checkout. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds, if available, will follow our refund policy.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffea Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise agreed.
